3dconnexion not working

Hello All,

I'm hoping someone can help me get my 3DConnexion mouse running. The 3d mouse is the latest SpaceMouse Enterprise. I am running the latest driver, downloaded again today.

SolidWorks version 2018 X64 Pre Release 1

When I left work this last Friday it was working just fine. I have it automatically starting with SolidWorks.

I've unplugged the associated USB

I've rebooted the Windows 10 X64 machine several times

I can click the second monitor and the Mouse LED displays a different app. After clicking my SolidWorks display the LED displays SolidWorks as it should.

Everything looks good, it just doesn't work, including the buttons on the 3d mouse, even the custom buttons I programmed.

I recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team. They can do the necessary troubleshooting and assist you to get the SpaceMouse Enterprise up and running with SolidWorks again.
