CadMouse Wireless Smart Scrolling not deactivated with Bluetooth

Hi,
I am using CadMouse Wireless connected with Bluetooth. Although I unchecked "Smart Scrolling" in properties menu, it is still running.
When connected via cable or "wireless" usb smart scrolling is disabled correctly.
I bought this mouse to save USB slots and really want to use Bluetooth. Any workaround known for this issue?
