The LEDs on my spacemouse wireless turn on when the mouse is first powered up and they turn off after 15 seconds and never come back on.
I have the LED Active checkbox on and I've tried cycling it to no avail.
I also tried submitting a ticket to support with no response.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I apologize that you didn't get a response to your request. I have checked our database and couldn't find any case for your email address. How did you contact our Technical Support Team?
I assume that you have one of our wireless devices. The wireless devices do not have the LEDs powered on all the time due to battery lifetime reasons. The described behaviour is absolutely correct.
When you connect the device with the USB cable for charging you will note that it will behave as a wired device: the LEDs will stay on until you unplug it.
