Can't Zoom in Autodesk Revit

For some reason, I am unable to zoom in/out in Autodesk Revit. I can zoom OK in other applications. I've tried playing with the settings and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

how do you try to zoom in/out in Revit?

I've tried both push/pull and up/down settings. I'm working in a 3D view also.
