Driver stopped working after Windows 7 update Aug 17

Driver runs
Device manager shows 3Dconnexion KMJ emulator

yes it is plugged in
yes the blue light is on
yes I tried a different USB port
yes I un-installed the driver and downloaded a new version and installed it
the trainer software shows the kettle but I cannot manipulate it

Hi ~mstr,

which driver version do you have installed now?

Do you get an error message that the driver crashes? Or how do you determine that the "driver stops working"?

If the Device Manager shows only the 3Dconnexion KML emulator then the device is not recognized by the system. Did you try another USB port?

Here the same problem.

Windows 7, 64-bit, SpacePilot Pro.
Tomorrow installed 3DxWare64_v10-5-10_r2812.
No error message, LCD works fine and device is visible in Device Manager.

The problem is that no program responds on key-pressing the SpacePilot Pro.
Also no reaction when I press the MENU key on the SpacePilot Pro.

Please try if removing the existing settings solve the issue. See here how to do that.

If this doesn't help I recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team.
