NX 10 does not start after 3DxWare driver installation

Hello,

I have a problem with NX 10 after installing the driver 3DxWare 10 (10.5.10) for Windows (64-bit) it stopped running. Space Mouse pro with the driver works fine. After removing the driver, the NX 10 works fine. When installing previous versions of the driver, the problem remains. Can somebody please tell me what could be the problem?

does NX crash? Do you get a crash message? Do you have a dmp file from NX?

We haven't yet heard from such a situation with our driver. I recommend that you contact our Technical Suppot Team . They can do the appropriate troubleshooting and collect screenshots and error logs.
