Space Navigator not moving in CATIA V5 R26 WIN1064bit

Good afternoon,
I just received a new HP Workstation running Windows 10 64bit. The Space Navigator works in Rhino6, Spinfire Ultimate, and NX11.01, but does not respond at all in CATIA V5R26. My Windows 7 Workstation had no issues in CATIA, and this is the first I have encountered anything like this. I have attached a picture of the drivers that are being used.

We have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers.
We have turned off the firewall.
All with no luck. Thank you for any help.

Hello cpierlacks,

can you please try a previous version of the driver - 3DxWare 10.5.3. You can find it in our driver archive . Note that you have to uninstall the newer version of the driver before you install the older one.

Please let us know what you find out.

We tried that last night (10.5.3) but it made no difference. It actually cause my Rhino6 software to ask for the newer driver again because the 10.5.3 driver does not work with Rhino.

The Space Navigator works in all applications but only works partially in CATIA:
1) NO 3D manipulation response at all.
2) Space Navigator button menus respond to CATIA.
3) 3Dx Device menu responds to rotations/sensitivity.
4) 3Dx Device menu states no device found.

Trouble shooting steps tried:
1) bypass firewall
2) exception for CNEXT.exe added
3) uninstalled/ reinstalled current drivers
4) uninstalled/ reinstalled 10.5.3 drivers
5) started/stopped 3Dconnexion drivers
6) backed up and cleared 3Dconnexion folders with REGEDIT.exe

band-aid fix:

We did find that you must close CATIA->STOP the Space Navigator driver->Start CATIA->START the Space Navigator driver to get the Space Navigator to work. This must be done every time you launch CATIA.

we released a new driver version last week - 3DxWare 10.5.7. Have you already tried it? This should solve the problem with Catia.
