Spaceball 4000 with Solidworks 2007 SP2.2?

I've got an old Spaceball 4000 FLX Serial that I use with SW.

We recently upgraded to SW 2007, and everything was working fine.

Then I had some serious SW issues, and had to reinstall everything.

Now SW cannot find my spaceball.

I have downloaded and installed the 3DxSoftware V2.8.2.
The driver is running. But when I goto "Tools, add-ins...", the 3d control is nowhere to be found.

Hi Shark_Tech,
Go back to the Add or Remove Programs panel and check if the "3Dconnexion Add-In for SolidWorks" is listed in there. If not, re-run 3DxSoftware, select "Custom" installation and ensure that add-in is selecting to be installed.
Let us know if that worked (or not).
