Firstly can i say that I am really excited about this driver!!!! and cant wait to get it working for me.

At the moment though, I get an error when upgrading the driver software, on Windows 7 RC x64, for a SpaceNavigator PE.

Here is what I have tried so far.
1) Downloaded the drivers "RBC9 Driver - TEST x64 build" - from "http://www.omniflux.com/devel/"
2) Searched for the device in "Device Manager / Human Interface Devices / USB Input Device".
Found : USB\VID_046D&PID_C626&REV_0404
USB\VID_046D&PID_626
3) "Upgrade Driver Software / Browse my computer for driver software / Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer / Have Disk"
4) Selected the location I downloaded the drivers too.
5) Selected "RBC9 SpaceNavigator MouJoyKey v2"
6) Click on the "Ignore" option, when prompted that the Driver Is Not Digitally Signed
7) This is when I get the message
"Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. / The system cannot find the file specified"

I have also tried to copy the .inf and .sys files manually and trying the Upgrade Driver Software again, but with the same result.

Any Ideas what I have done wrong or not done?

Did you sign the RBC9-SpaceNav.sys file with Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider available here: http://www.ngohq.com/home.php?page=dseo

That's the only thing I can think of.

With my SpaceNavigator, I need to unplug and plug it back in for the settings to be applied from the layout.

First i have to say thank you for your great work! :D

But, as ever, followed by some questions: 8)
Will you add support for the SpacePilot PRO?
I have a application which is controlled with mouse and keyboard.
E.g. tilt is with mouse movement in x direction with pressed SHIFT button.
Is it possible to map this to one axis of the Space Pilot PRO?

Hi all again, 8)
Still had no luck in getting drivers installed on Win7 RC.
Should revert back to WinXP? :?:
It makes sense as my printer and webcam are too old for Win7 drivers too!
I really want this to work for in in CoD MW2
What do you guys recommed.
Really interested in anyone who has had it working on Win7x64

from your screen and comments it seems you did not (at least not completely): the "inf" just links to the sys file and does not need to be signed.
Asuming youre using the NGO tool you need to do TWO things:
1. enable "test" mode and
2. sign the "RBC9-SpaceNav.sys" file, now you can install the sys file by right clicking the .inf and then go to ssystem panel/device manager and choose manually (untick "show compatible hardware" "RBC" in the left drop downlist and then the appropriate device. Copy the .exe where ever you want it to and make sure you tick "always run as administrator" to be able to edit and create profiles.

having done so, I managed to get it working to some extent in Win7 64 bit build 7600. I was only successful after having removed the 3Dconnexion software from my machine.

Do I understand correctly that everytime I want to switch a profile I need to pich that as the default layout, reboot and rerun the app?

Funnill on same machine with Win7 32Bit on another partition I get a "code 10 Errror" in the device manager.hmmm.
