SpaceNavigator no longer working...

Last week I installed the PE Navigator on an XP machine to use with Inventor. I configured the Navigator to my preferences and was it was working fine.

This morning it hasn't responded at all. I can't run the 3Dconnexion Control Panel either. When I click on the icon nothing appears to happen.

I've tried reinstalling and downloaded the latest driver (3.0.9) this morning also.

I've tried unplugging all other usb devices and re-connecting the Navigator, but that didn't help any.

Any thoughts of what is wrong, or what I may have done wrong?

I had to installed some memory on machine yesterday and the SpaceNavigator started working again, so I guess I'm all set for now.
