Spacepilot settings change after re-login

Sometimes after logging back into Windows 7 the spacepilot settings have changed.
For example the tilt/roll axis swaps back to the default settings.
Once these happens I have to stop & restart the driver for it to work again.
This happens approx twice per day.

Setup:
Dell Precision Tower 3620
Windows 7 pro 64 bit
3dxware 10.4.10
spacepilot pro (FW4.11)
