space navigator not working

Hi,

One week ago, I got my Space Navigator PE. But after a few days, it refuses to work nearly completely.

I still can switch on/off the LED's via the control panel, plus I get reactions to the buttons, but thats it. It does not react to any movement any more (in any application I've tested, including the demos),

I'm using the current driver and have tested the device with two differrent systems (win2000, winxp).

Am I doing anything wrong, or should I return it to the 3dconnexion shop ?

Hi kcornels,

Do you use some other USB devices too?

Please make sure that the device can get enough power, if necessary use it with an external USB hub with own power supply.
