Hi,
Well 3Dx, thanks for going part way at least to making my Spacepilot useable for someting other than Solidworks.
I have a question regarding changing the supplied button configs. I can assign the browser/mail etc to buttons but I'd like to change App1 and App2 to something I need rather than Computer and Calculator. How do I do this? The help file doesn't seem to have anything relevent to this new feature of the drivers.
Jeff.
3.7.12 drivers, can I change App1/2 ?

Regards, Jeff.
Hi Jeff,
App1 and App2 are standard Microsoft Keyboard shortcuts. They are normally associated with a hardware key on some of the Microsoft Keyboards. They launch whatever is in HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/AppKey/{17,18}/ShellExecute (app1, app2 respectively).
By default these are the file manager (app1) and calc.exe (app2).
You can change the executable that is launched by changing the ShellExecute value. I would expect that [if you have one of those keyboards] those buttons will also change when you change this value.
