SpacePilot slows macro down

Hi,

I made a macro to quickly insert bolts into holes.
But SpacePilot slows the execution of my macro down.
When I slightly touch the joystick the execution goes at normal speed, but when I do nothing it's really slow. I recalibrated my SpacePilot but it didn't help.

What could be the problem here?
