Let us know how often you use the SpacePilot "Config" button to switch the reprogrammable buttons.

All the time I have around 4 configs that I use for Catia V5 depending on which workbench I'm in.

I have to use is everyday because the Space Pilot Pro won't save certain buttons to my profile.

Ditto on what BBOwen said.

Spacepilot Pro, Win XP Pro x64, Inv 2009 & 2010, new HP Z600 workstation with all windows updates & 3DConnexion driver as of 2 weeks ago.

All of my custom configs disappear after reboot. I shut down every night & boot up in the mornings. I'm getting tired of reconfiguring all of the buttons every morning.

...actually, wish there was this functionality on the Pro, I want to be able to switch profiles from the device itself.
