SpaceExplorer Setting are resetting everytime driver restart

Windows XP 64 bit
CATIA V5R16 is the application
3Dconnexion release 3.2.2 Driver Version 6.2.1

Everytime I restart the driver, either by logging out or restarting the computer, I lose the button set-up of my SpaceExplorer.

Any ideas? is this a 64bit issue?

Open the 3DControl panel.
Click on Options
Automatically save configurations needs to be checked.
This will save your configuration changes.

thanks for the info, however Automatically Save Configuration is checked

Here's what's I did:
Started CATIA V5
Set up the buttons (application set to CATIA - "user name")
hit OK on driver window
Exited CATIA V5
Restarted CATIA V5
buttons are set back to the default

The control panel works fine on a box running Windows XP 32bit.

Hi supercaliber64,

In R16, you have more control by using the application's "button configuration" panel. Have you tried using that panel (available on the "Customize / Commands" panel or on the "3DxDevice" toolbar).
