Space pilot not working in xsi for windows 64

Im trying to get my comp up and running again and i am having probs with my Spacepilot recognizing the XSI 6.5 x64 driver for windows 64 .The display window doesnt even change when xsi is loaded. The windows is a virtual machine running through fusion on a Mac PPC 8core 4gig dont know if that matters.Also will there be an update for spacepilot on the mac for Maya? Thanks for your time..

Which version of 3DxSoftware is installed on your system? Have you tried run a repair of the installation?
