Is there a "report number" or "tracking number" on this? and a way to follow the progress online?

Example, when I submit a problem to UGS/Siemens I get an "IR" number, and I can login and follow the progress, and comments made on the issue.

Hi drkieffer,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to track 3Dconnexion incident reports on-line. The system is only available internally.

Occasionally, we make the numbers available so that customers can refer to the exact issue and check if the issue was addressed in a particular software release (we do make the change logs publicly available).

Regarding the problem at hand, it is still under analysis and no ticket has been created.
