Is there a file I can copy from my old computer to my new computer so I can get all my button mapping configurations for my Space Pilot without re-creating?
Thanks,

This is the path the profiles are saved to:
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\profiles
The files have an extension of .scg
(If you cannot locate the Application data, you will have to enable show hidden files\folders.)
Save a copy of the profiles and
copy them into the same path
on the second machine.

If you want to be truly uber-clever you can also copy all the associations of those files to the new computer. These associations determine which config file is used when each application comes into focus.
To transfer all of those, export (then import on the new machine) the registry entry:
HKCU/Software/3Dconnexion/3DxWare/Applications
If you don't do this, you have to choose your custom configuration [once] the first time you run each application.
Also, you can access the C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data directory by typing %APPDATA% in Windows Explorer.
