Button-Mapping is not supported in Cinema4D R15

Post by MNHS »

Hello

I have a problem with my Space Navigator Mouse with the latest 3DxWare 10.1.0 on MacOS X 10.9.1 with Cinema4D R15.
I can select the Buttons in the Config-Panel but in C4D he still uses the default Buttons and simply ignores whatever I setup in the driver configs. I've tried to define it for just C4D and vor Any Application. I started the Macbook again multiple times and the configs are persistent to what I defined them, but in C4D it is still the dafaults (left button = Menu, right button = center view). There is no possibility to select buttons in C4D, right? I only know about the 3D-Mouse Panel under Tools > 3D Connextion

Any help?

Hello MNHS -

The issue with button mapping is not limited to Cinema4D. There is a workaround mentioned here.

Another possibility is to use the previous driver. Select 'Also show archived software' on our downloads page and choose 3DxWare 10 for OS X 10.0.14.
