Adding Custom Function

Post by excalibur »

Hellow!

I have a question for all of you. I am just a fresh user of the SpaceMouse PRO and i would like to know how to add custom functions. If i understand right i can add for example to button 1 function for Extrude? Is that right?

If so, can some one detailed tell me how to do that in Cinema4D

Create Keystroke Macros

Post by Bryan »

Dear excalibur,

You may create keystroke macros under the 'Button Configuration' Tab in the '3Dconnexion Control Panel'.

Clicking the 'Custom Functions' Button will bring up a dialog box where you may select 'New' Button and create a personalized name for your keystroke
macro under 'Macro Name:' Record your keystroke in 'User Macro' and 'Save' your macro with the 'Save' Button.

Then you may discover that same personalized name for your macro is in the dropdown lists that you may then assign to the button of your choice.
So if you have key-strokes in your application that will execute the command you are interested in, you may name and record them as a custom keystroke
macro that you may then assign to a button.

Sincerely,
Bryan
