I have posted before about the lack of function (programmability) for Space Explorer in Poser for Mac. Oddly enough, I have found that it is possible to program macros for the Space Explorer buttons in the Mac versions of Maya and C4D, although, the version of C4d that I currently have installed does not allow for 3D movements ... I am awaiting the arrival of R11 which should allow for this function. Macro programming, however, is not available with Poser for Mac and I am wondering what there is about this program, code wise, that makes it different from the aforementioned?
BTW, for the time being, I have found a solution to the Poser/SE deficiency that involves programming the 15 buttons on a ************* to accomplish what I need. The ********** driver is clearly more universal in that it allows easy macro programmability for Poser and many, many other software packages.
