SpaceNavigator & Multiply instances of Archicad

I'm using a SpaceNavigator with Archicad on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS 10.4.11 and I'm having an issue when I launch a new instance of Archicad. If I have multiple instances of Archicad open the SpaceNavigator will only recognise the latest. To get it to work on the first or earlier instance you must quit and restart the file you want it to work on.

Would it be up to Graphisoft to resolve this issue?

Correct contact Graphisoft to let them know of the issue .

I have received a reply from Graphisoft and they say the issue is a MacOS bug, so it's not something they can help with.
