3D Mouse Home always shows at startup.

Post by sumguy »

Using 3DxWare 10.4.2, 3D Mouse Home always shows at startup, even if I uncheck the "Always show on startup" box.

How can I prevent it?

Hello sumguy,

sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware about this issue. We are tracking this with our internal bug number #7308. I expect this to be fixed in the next driver release.

In your system settings try:
[*]Users & Groups
-> Login Items

and minus sign (-) the application.

It's October 2020 and I am having this exact issue on my Mac (driver 10.6.6. for the Mac, same issue with 10.6.5). The Home window is showing on boot, even though the 'Always show on startup' is unchecked.

Out of curiosity, I have tried putting a tick in the checkbox and it won't accept it. Once I quit and restart Home, the checkbox works. Seems to be a bug here.
