SDK for Linux?

Post by deregx »

Hello,
I am not able to find the Linux version of the SDK. I tried here:
http://www.3dconnexion.com/service/sdk/ ... nload.html
but it offers only two Windows related files, and I don't know how to open the *.msi file on Linux.
While reading the forums I found several references to a file named
WindowsSDKGuide.pdf
but I can't find it anywhere. Can you please give my a hint where I can get the SDK and the Guide?

Regards
Egon

Hi deregx,

yes, the Unix/Linux SDK is currently missing. I'll check when it will be available and let you know.

On our SDK page you will see a note that says:
Note:

The Windows SDK (TDxInput.dll) installs when you install 3DxSoftware. You can find TDxInput.dll in

..\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware\3DxWare\win32

or

..\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware\3DxWare\win64
