Citrix Virtual Channel

Is there a method to use a 3Dconnexion device through Citrix? I have read about using a Virtual Channel on the Citrix Support site but have been unable to get it to work.

Hi ctyker,

You need an updated Citrix virtual channel driver from us to work with our recent drivers. This work is not currently scheduled. So I can't give you a time frame on its availability.

What kind of of device do you have?

Good morning Jim,

I received an email back form a tech a 3Dconnexion support and he said he had no idea what a virtual channel was. I was informed of the virtual channel through our Citrix rep.

We are currently testing a Spaceball as we have at least hundreds of these units deployed throughout our organization. I have been told that support for these products has been discontinued even though they are still available for purchase through several resellers.
