Re: whole Adobe suite programs
Dear dethedev0 , We'd love to have Adobe support our device. If you know of, or can imagine ways, to make use of our input devices, that would be beneficial in Adobe Products, we encourage you to let Adobe's developers or their marketing department know of this added value. Encourage them to make t...

Re: Can't use SpaceMouse Pro at school
Dear rlenehan22 I would recommend that you submit to your school's IT department to have them install our drivers on their machines. Our latest release version is 3DxSoftware 3.16.1. They may download it from our Driver Download Page under the Support Menu on www.3dconnexion.com. Have them select a...

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech Keyboards
Dear Vitone, Since the SpacePilot PRO was working fine before installing the keyboard software, the problem does not appear to be with the drivers for the PRO but with the drivers for the keyboard that was installed. You would want to put in a request for a solution with your keyboard manufacturer....

Re: SpaceMouse Plus XT USB in IronCad
I downloaded a trial version of IronCAD 2013 and it did seem that the application made use of the input from our device. I was able to rotate a block.

Re: SpaceMouse Plus XT USB in IronCad
Dear spandaglis, I only find a listing for IronCAD IronCad European Sales 10.0 Windows I don't know if they have made use of our devices in IronCAD 13. You would want to contact your IronCAD support to determine the behaviors you might expect in their software and their system requirements. Normall...

Re: Spacenavigator used within Archicad 14 and Revit 2013
Dear craig_j , The mouse scroll wheel does not tell ArchiCAD anything, however ArchiCAD can poll it to determine what use it wants to make of it. When you are running Revit, Revit can poll it. ArchiCAD may or may not make the same use of what it polls as Revit does. It completely depends on what the...

Re: Spacenavigator used within Archicad 14 and Revit 2013
Dear craig_j , The behavior you see within an application would be the behavior designed into that application by the developers of that application. There would be no difference in the input, delivered to the operating system from our input device, that those applications make use of. The differen...

Dear io,
Maya 4 doesn't make use of our devices. It is not a matter of older drivers. It's a version of Maya that preceeded use of our devices.
Sincerely,
Bryan

Re: After rotating or moving my part keeps moving
Dear Harley,
What application are you using?
What Operating System?
Which release of 3DxSoftware do you have installed?
It could be your graphics or you may just be in need of a new device.
Can you borrow a second device to test with?
Sincerely,
Bryan
