Simon,

Open the 3dcontrol panel.
Click on Help, about
What is the firmware of your Spaceball 5000?
Does it say 3.2?

If so please call the helpdesk.
We have a firmware update that should take care of that issue.

Shareski,

What version of Google Earth?
Version 4 and higher will work with the device.
(Install newer version from website then install the 3D driver.)

Was Google Earth installed Prior to installing or did you install it afterwords? (If installed before Google rerun the installation).

Vericut will have its own Mapping saved.
Since everything works in reverse in Vericut. Go to the 3dcontrol panel and choose Advanced settings select reverse direction.

When mapping buttons in NX4 click on:
3DxNX
Choose button mapping.

If you map the buton with the 3dcontrol panel the 3DxNX panel overwrites it. That is why your mappings default back to preset.

Hello,

I would suggest going to a store and purchasing a PCI 4 Serial Card.
Most pc have an available card slot unless you've already used them up.

Crazy_Q I'm assuming your running the 5.9.2 driver. When you installed Maya 7 the plugin is not installed. That is why your device is not being detected. You can download the driver and rerun the installation Thiis includes the plugin for Maya 7. p.s The 2.8.2 driver after installing becomes version...
