takedownca Make sure you have the Navigator plugged into the usb port on the pc and not through any type of hub or docking station. What OS are you using? Crazy_Q I'm assuming your running the 5.9.2 driver. When you installed Maya 7 the plugin is not installed. That is why your device is not being detected.
