Hi Punchy,
Go to the Add or Remove Programs panel on the Windows Control Panel, select 3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware, Change and then "Repair".
Make sure you do not have any programs running when you do that.
Please post here the result of that operation.

Hi bjermy,
Are you using the Button Configuration panel in the application? It is available from the "3DxInventor" toolbar. The environment context detection is a feature implemented in an Inventor add-in, not on the device driver.

Hi bjorn.syse, From what you describe, it appears that you have a bug in IronCAD itself. To confirm, see if you can reproduce it using one of the "demos" shipped with our software (Start menu, Programs, 3Dconnexion, 3Dconnexion 3DxWare, Demos). If the problem is in the application, we advi...

Hi rarredondo,
Are you using the latest release (version 3.0)? This may a be bug and/or a limitation of the SolidWorks API. If that is indeed the case, it will require further investigation.

Re: Button Configuration problems with Inventor

Hi bjermy, As soon as I open any Inventor file the buttons automatically change BACK to the default "Zoom All" and "Inventor Panel Fn". What you are observing is, in fact, a feature. The behaviour is by design. The Button Configuration feature is environment-dependant. In other w...
