Re: Wireless SpaceNavigator :)

Great that this has finally come along...

I had to look back to my post from 2009 where I suggested a wireless option... Amongst other things :D

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech Keyboards

I think the issue is that the latest Logitech drivers/software take control of the LCD panels on G13/G15/G19 devices whereas previously these were controlled via the separate lcd app that the SP Pro makes use of. The result being that if you install the ltest Logitech drivers, you end up with a conf...

A user here from the forum had the brilliant idea to use the rarely used up/down buttons for quick configuration change. That would be great. And this idea has not fallen on deaf ears, a moderator said he would tell this to the programmers. Yep, great idea that  , hope the functionality can b...

Okay, thanks for that, good to know. Yep, SN would have been from around 2007 I think.

Not sure if it's really worth sending it off though - unless you want to send me a new one first... :D

To add, that is the same sort of thing I'm getting on one button and the cap of my Space Navigator. It's a thing coating over the plastic that gives it the rubbery feel. Must wear slightly with use and if any sweat or moisture gets under there then it starts to pucker it.

Not brilliant...

Coating on cap and buttons, Space Navigator

Whilst moving things around today, noticed with a little dismay that the coating on the left button of my Space Navigator had puckered somewhat. Seems there's a clear coating over the button that gives it that rubbery feeling, same thing on the cap I assume. It had blistered slightly and started to ...

Can't remember now but aren't they alphabetical? Seem to remember the apps in the 3dconnexion install have numbers in front of them to enforce an ordering. Just rename them as you want.

Yep, they all play nicely together. Have the older G15 keyboard myself but also a G13 keypad and together with the SPP the lcd manager sees them all and, as you say, the apps that come for the G19 keyboard screen work fine on the SPP. Will have to upgrade to the G19... You may want to copy/paste the...
