Can you check the Device settings

Are you currently using the latest driver?
Make sure you are plugged into the pc usb.

I would reccomend you place the device in some sort of hard case otherwise the device can get damaged.
Also the abrasion of the leather will wear down the finish on the metal casing.

Do either of you have a firewall program running?

Try creating an exception rule
add 3dxsrv.exe to be allowed.

Also are you using the office plugin this has been known to cause a delay when switching between apps.
