Re: Solidworks 2018 SP0.1 - Movements in part mode very jerky

THIS is REALLY odd. Creating a new part from a 2018 default part templet, it moves around smoothly. Now to the oddly Opening/switch to my old part after creating the part above, my old part will also move around smoothly. Saving all and close SW and reopen my old part and the "2018 default temp...

Solidworks 2018 SP0.1 - Movements in part mode very jerky

Testing Solidworks 2018 SP0.1 and immediately found a problem. The Spacemouse pro's movements in part mode are very jerky. In assembly mode the moments are smooth as silk. Pan and rotating with the ordinary mouse is smooth in part mode. Restarted the computer and Reinstalled 3DxWare 10.5.3 but still...

Re: SpaceMouse Pro moves erratically in Solidworks

Yes, the problem is still there 2017 (10.5.3). I made one mouse button as F5 (Fit Screen) and one press on it solves the problem for a short while.

Re: SolidWorks.xml - Settings are not reflected in the 3DxWa

The original SolidWorks.xml seems to contain much more information than my old one. Isn't the old compatible with the new 3DxW?

SolidWorks.xml - Settings are not reflected in the 3DxWare's

Using a 2-year old SolidWorks.xml profil file. It works as it should but the settings are not reflected in the 3DxWare's setting page, it shows only the default settings.

Trying to change something, the list jumps back to the default text but the chosen function work as is should. Very strange

Re: SpaceMouse Pro moves erratically in Solidworks

The new driver didn't solved it either.

Any other Solidwork users who have encountered the same problems? Please write about it

Re: Are there no support folks here on this forum?

Hi zazz, sorry for not responding earlier. Have you checked if the add-in is active in SOLIDWORKS and is loaded? Go to Tools -> Add-Ins -> Other Add-ins and verify if you have an entry named "3Dcontrol" and if this has both boxes checked - one the left side and the right side (Active Add-...

Re: Are there no support folks here on this forum?

I have now uninstalled the whole Solidwork package and the 3DxWare, restarted, run one well known commercial uninstaller to clean off any residue files and register keys, restated, ran two different file and register cleaners , restarted, installed Solidworks again, restarted again, installed the 3D...

Re: Are there no support folks here on this forum?

I wouldnt use that 'fixit' patch, either. Definitely not as my first choice anyway. I would try turning off whatever anti-virus you are running, and do a clean reinstall of the latest driver. I would also make sure I was installing the driver as Administrator. I have tried all this and nothing work...
