Re: Spacenavigator always panning UP in Google Earth

Dear Mobius,

What operating system do you have?

Which version of our drivers do you have installed?

Which version of Google Earth do you have installed?

Do you get this same behavior in our Jet Demo?

Sincerely,
Bryan

Re: Closer, but still no cigar

Dear jbkeh, Classically speaking, our devices feed input to the operating system, as would any input device. Applications can choose to make use of this input or not. We have compiled a list of the applications we know of that make use of our device and placed it on our web site under the 'Supporte...

Dear Lee,

Re: Rotation issues within Mudbox 2013

Dear Gallystops,

What do you mean by not being able to rotate around the scene?

When you select a rotation point, do you not experience some rotation about that point?

Are you talking about a camera mode within Mudbox?

Sincerely,
Bryan

Re: simple question

Dear braulio, The normal paradigm for making use of one of our devices is to use our device to manipulate your 3D object while continuing to use your regular windows mouse with your other hand. Not all applications make use of the input from our devices. You may find a list of the applications that...

Dear Frog, When you have Rhino 4 open and Photoshop CS5 open, which application has the windows focus? If you change the focus to the other application, what happens? If you open Rhino 5 and some other application, say maybe the Jet Demo, what do you observe? Does it make a difference which window ...
