Hi,

Please download the latest version of 3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware which was released last night - it should resolve this issue.

You can also save the part after hitting ISO 1, then the movement will be fine for this part. It seems as the information saved for this file is not correct - how have you created this part?

We will have to wait until the developers had a look at this issue - but I suspect that it's feasible to fix it.

I can see the issue. As a workaround I mapped "3Dcontrol Views -> Isometric 1" to a button. After pressing this button one time the issue seems to disappear. Can you confirm that workaround?

Hallo Holger,

It seems for me the issue is connected to your SolidWorks settings - maybe something is mixed up. Can you use another user account on your machine and try it with this other account? If this works you may want to rename the following registry key while SolidWorks is not running: HKCU\SOFTWARE\SolidW...

I asked the initial questions to rule out that some special settings (together with something specific connected to the file) affect this issue. As only some files are affected it seems as they are, in a specific way, different from the others, and it may be that the issue only occurs under specific...

Does it make a difference if you toggle "View -> Display -> Perspective"?

Hi Eric,

What happens if you toggle the "Auto Rotation Center" and "Keep in View" options (3Dcontrol -> Properties) - does it make any difference?

Hi Rich Kelley, Please try the following: A) Stop the 3Dconnexion driver (3DxWare) and SolidWorks B) Rename the following folder to "profiles.bak" C:\Documents and Settings\YourUsername\Application Data\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\profiles C) Rename the following registry subkey to "3Dconnexi...
