I'm suspecting there's a conflict somewhere that's making some key combinations not work. We'll take a ...

If you find you can't access the menu, try unplugging the device and see if you're now able to access the menu. If you can, the device is &quo...

However, you can create a dummy /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Plug-ins folder and then run the instal...

It appears that the installation of Ruby on your Mac is non-standard. For OS X, the version of Ruby that ships with the operating system are: OS X version ------ Ruby version 10.4.11 ------ 1.8.2 10.5.4 ----- 1.8.6 There might have been some other application that installed a non-standard version of...

On Photoshop CS3, we'd like to improve the product offering. Do you have more details on what can be done better?

For Cinema 4D, Maxon is in the process of releasing r11 which will add support for 3Dconnexion devices. Please refer to their web site for more information.

The driver appears to be working fine since Photoshop is running. I don't have other clues as to why GE is not working. You may want to contact Google and see if their support group can help. Google implemented the support for our devices.
