Hello to you:

The difference between the SE and PE is in it's usage, commercial versus non-commercial. There are some dialogs in the PE version, but for your purposes of implementation, there are no inherent differences that would affect your support.

Not that we know of. There are other types of viewers, for instance, XML based, DWF, or even Acrobat that wile work with our devices for the purpose of viewing.
