Yeah, I know. It gives me a headache every time I look at it too. It is basically a test program that exercises everything in the sync API to make sure it works. Not a good example. I'm not sure what its long term life cycle is. You are correct, you need to use SiGetEvent to get the SiSync calls to ...

Yes, GUISync_SDK is ridiculously overly complex. I need to rewrite it and throw out 90% of the code. To get the overall scale factor, after you have opened the device with SiOpen, use the returned SiHdl to call SiSyncGetOverallScale. That will give you the scale factor from the scg file that is appl...

You will definitely have to use the dominant filter on to get only one set of keys at a time. As implemented in the old 3Dx6 driver, the keyboard emulation is all very finicky. This is why we didn't release it for general use. The next driver version works better. Keep on eye on the 3DxLabs page for...

A few things come to mind: 1) The siapp API has been deprecated for quite a while. We are encouraging all future development to use one of the Microsoft APIs, such as Raw Input. That being said, it is still supported and should work fine (many applications still use it). See the Standard 3D Mouse SD...

This is pretty complex for the current driver. You need to wait for the next version. If you want to tackle it with this driver, this thread gets into it.

There are a few issues that are causing problems: 1) Citrix changed their plugin installation procedure. The installation could be done manually as you suggested. It isn't complicated. It's a standard ICA client. 2) Mixture of 32-bit and 64-bit clients/drivers and apps. Getting all the correct DLLs ...

There isn't a Suspend Motion button, but you could make a config that had all axes disabled. You may have to set this in the config with notepad since I don't think we allow you to turn all axes off in the GUI. If you try to turn off both Translations and Rotations, we turn the other set back on. Th...
