We can reliably reproduce the issue. The issue with the object jumping back to the original position (posted elsewhere) is related. Development is working on a fix.

Thanks for the avi. I can now see what is happening ... so I can't rotate in wireframe. The view that will not rotate is a 2Dwireframe view. To be able to rotate switch to 3Dwireframe. One way to tell the differnece is by the color of the UCS icon. That a view change causes the model to jump back to...

Greetings Niels, The plug-in is designed not to rotate in a 2D views. So, yes, should you wish to rotate a wireframe model, simply switch to 3Dwireframe. There is a visual styles toolbar which makes switching very easy. It is also fairly easy to tell which (2d/3d) is active if you have the usc icon ...

I am still having problems with the snap markers shifting from the image in Autocad 2007 as well........... Do you per chance start in the 'AutoCAD classic' environment? If so, would you please try starting in the '3D Modeling' environment. To do this switch to '3D Modeling' in the enviroment combo...

Are you using a 2D wireframe? The device does not rotate in a 2D view. Try a 3D wireframe: I believe the orbit tool switches to a 3D wireframe when activated.

Hi PSM,

Are you trying to rotate in a 2D wireframe? If you are, try a 3D wireframe does it then rotate.
...but when shift from shading to wireframe the view moves back to previes view
I don't understand this. To help us reproduce the issue please tell us what we need to do step by step.

When i installed the spacenavigator to maya 8.5 i lost my bonus tools menu.I uninstalled it and it came back? I cant have both? Re: Back on the Problem

I really hope you can incorporate a sollution in the final 3.1 driver, as its really needed for workflow in objects larger then certain scale, as you want to be able to reverse all axis, anf rotate yourself instead of the object. Ever tried to work this way on a urban plan, it's not natural. Instea...

Hi Alfred,

Absolutely no offense taken: we are new to posting betas publicly and if it were production code it wouldn't be beta.

Momentarily, there are no immediate plans to release 3.1.2 (which we are currently testing) as a beta.

 True: The fixes for Pro/E x64 didn't make 3.1.1. They will be in 3.1.2, so no need to worry quite yet.
