hast Du evtl eine Antivirus Software laufen? z.B. gibt es Probleme mit Bitdefender. Die haben dort auch einen Thread in ihrem Forum.

in the 3Dconnexion Control Panel you have to open the tab "Sensitivity and Filters". At the bottom you find a checkbox "Reverse Y and Z Translations". Please give it a try if this is the setting you would like to have.

If this is not the case you can find it at C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion 3DxSoftware\3DxAutoCAD2007 or corresponding to your AutoCAD version ...\3DxAutoCAD2008, ...\3DxAutoCAD2...
