Ability to turn off LCD Screen

I know you can enable and disable the blue LED lights. But what about the LCD screen? Seems like there is no option to turn it off. I really like it a lot just don't use it all the time and sometimes at night it can be annoying having the back-light constantly on all the time.

Well, the default location that Blender 2.49b users to store user data files is in the Application Data directory. And I believe it was like that for previous versions as well. There are options to change the folder directory to other things like the program folder.

The usage of a 3D navigation device is a bit different than that of a keyboard. Maybe, but I don't see the difference here a programmable button is a programmable button. Something like assigning a short-cut wouldn't make much sense. I think it would be useful to set a button start-up favori...

Let users edit posts on the forum.

I just noticed there is no edit button. It seems odd not to have one to allow users to correct spelling mistakes, broken links, and stuff like that. That would be cool if there was one, just saying.

Suggestion to use Logitech profiler.

I have a lot of high-end Logitech products like the G15 keyboard and G500 Mouse. I have noticed that they all use a much better systems for key-mapping buttons compared to the SpacePilot. Also, they have a key micro manager that allows you to input wait-times and key press/release inputs. As well as...

I would love to see an update to the drivers for Blender since the drivers don't work with most of the current versions of the beta or stable build of Blender at least on my computer they don't (Win XP Pro-32bit). Also, Blender is really a great 3d program to use and could benefit greatly from a 3d ...

I have been looking for solutions fro this for a long time. Even to go so far as to write scripts to get mapping to work. Would love a beta invite. :D RBC9 unofficial drivers has several issues. Yea, they did have some issues. I could get part of the functionality to work with my Space Pilot. I got ...
