Ken,
I should have added that as I'm on a broad band connection disabling the firewall is not an option that would work long term

Soli edge and navigator still not working

Ken,
Yes I do have a firewall but this does not interfere with the navigator working with any other application
Inventor, 3ds max, I-deas AND NX, AliasStudio and Rhino
