Re: re-add software options for other apps/games
We're already using the old beta driver. We know the functionality is still in the new driver, but IS to inconvenient to use. I Use my device for both CAD stuff AND games. Configuring for a game requires much tweaking, to get everything just right, and would take far too long editing xml files. That...

re-add software options for other apps/games
I'm still using the 3dxlabs beta driver 10.0.15 for my spacepilot pro. It's the best driver I used even though it doesn't support newer software. Reason being the options for an axis to send keyboard, mouse or joystick events. This opens up so many more programs for use with the device than I miss o...

Suggestion
In 3ds max, (and possibly maya I can't remember.) when you have a camera with auto keys and use the 3d controller, it screws up the animation on the camera. What I'm suggesting, is to make it so this doesn't happen. It's very annoying to forget to switch to perspective before moving the camera. Eith...

SPP 3ds Max command names
So when I installed the latest driver, my 3ds max config was completely blank. I deleted configs, reinstalled, and it was still blank. In 'Customize Buttons' resetting the buttons restored their function. But they are still labeled weird. '3DSMAX 13' rather than 'Select and Rotate'. This is starting...

I'm watching pandorum on netflix right now, and literally laughed out loud when I saw they used a Space Explorer as a prop. I saw it approximately 30 minutes in.

While it would be informative to find out how much you guys are willing to pay for this driver, in all good conscience I need to stop this thread before you waste too much time. The features you are asking for are in the next 3DxWare release. This has been in closed beta for the last 6 weeks. Feedb...

I Tried Camera mode, and I have to go and turn off the reversed axis. Basically I like the difference between camera and object mode to be where the view is rotating, one rotates around itself (camera turns side to side) the other orbits around a central area, or object. I like both to control the s...

Here's a suggestion for a future release. How about if during installation you are asked if you would like Camera or Scene relative navigation Camera relative moves the objects relative to the camera, so tilt the knob forward and the object rotates forward Object relative moves the camera in relatio...

Why did you have to invert the controls from their old default in 3ds max? now I have to go in and invert them every day. My school uses a network image that resets when you restart the computer so I have to install the driver every time I want to use it. Now there's an additional step to work in 3d...
