Digital palaeontology except some of the dinosaurs (me, jwick) still roam around.

Re: not working with cinema 4d, again...
As soon as a scene has a few polygon, the 3d mouse movements will increase their execution delay. The delay with large scenes may be due to a bug that is fixed in v. 10.8.4 of 3DxWare 10 for macOS. Version 10.8.4 is currently under test but, if you wish to check a pre-release build, you can join th...

I don't think you're missing anything but you will want to confirm with Trimble.patriciasmith wrote: ↑Sun Mar 10, 2024 10:04 pm I’m not sure whether this simply isn’t a feature that’s supported in SketchUp for Web or whether there’s something I’m missing.

Re: Disable mouse wheel emulation entirely on spacenavigator?
Not sure if this will work for you, but stop the 3DxWare driver (Start menu > "Stop 3DxWare") and move the "AppDefCfg_KMJ.xml" file (do not delete) to your Desktop or Documents folder. The file is located in the "Cfg" folder of the 3DxWinCore installation directory, nor...

Re: space explorer

Re: IOKit.hid
If you have installed the 3DxWare 10 driver, then you will not get any data from the device using IOKit. This is because the driver exclusively grabs the device. When you uninstall the driver, you will notice that hte system uses the SpaceMouse data to control the mouse pointer, a undesirable featur...

Re: 3DxVirtualLCD
I'm assuming you have a keyboard device (the Numpad Pro and/or Keyboard Pro types). Open the "3Dconnexion Settings" panel, select your keyboard device, click on the "Buttons" button and then clear the "Always show On-Screen Display" check box. The "Always shown [.....
