Re: Unreal Engine 5.3 Support for 3DConnexion

Thanks ! 10.8.20 does work in Unreal 5.3 ! 10.8.17 also worked but you probably installed 10.8.17 before UE 5.3. 3DxWare 10 includes a plug-in for UE 5.3 and it must be installed after the engine. Done the other way (first 3DxWare 10 and then Unreal Engine) will not work since the plug-in installer...

Re: Unreal Engine 5.3 Support for 3DConnexion

Im' on 10.8.17, camera cannot move, as everyone here I can confirm it does not work in UE 5.3... Latest is v. 10.8.20. I suggest you upgrade the drivers to the latest version and, if the problem persists, refer to this FAQ article . If it still does not work for you, contact 3Dconnexion technical s...

That's correct but it looks like a later ObjectARX SDK update broke the add-in.

Version 10.8.20 of 3DxWare 10 has support for AutoCAD 2025 RTM.

Re: 3D Mouse not working with Cinema 4D on M1 Mac

When I navigate in my project, the mouse input lags for 20-30 seconds. Although my project isn't small, it's not causing the problem. We have address an issue that caused significant delays when using larger projects. That specific problem was resolved in v. 10.8.4 of 3DxWare 10 for macOS, the late...

Re: Cannot install 10.8.4

I can fathom using the list command in terminal - com.3dconnexion.dext is showing but that presumably relates to the older version I have reinstalled. In the output of the systemextensionsctl command, you will find the dext version between parenthesis, between the bundle ID and name strings (both a...

Re: Cannot install 10.8.4

Do you by any chance know which system extension its trying to alter? The dialog does not make that clear One of the components of 3DxWare software is a system extension (DriverKit extension or "dext"). The name "system extension" is applied generically to "kernel extension...

I have exactly the same problem as the OP...except that I am seeing the permission pop-ups and confirming them both. These dialogues are confusing: they show two buttons suggesting one can be used to approve the system extension installation but that's not actually what happens. The buttons only al...
