Hello...all checks was done.
SpaceMouse is significantly slower compared to the viewport classic pan/zoom/rotate command.
Probably it need to update something internally as previously said.
I'm waiting a new drivers update and I will update soon this post.

Just a note: 1. 3Dx Drivers Navigation Mode is set as Object Mode but the problem persists in every setting. 2. Just un update...it's occour with SpaceNavigator too...so it's a general driver performance. Check these videos with/without Spacemouse or a classic mouse...
