and one more. Maya is hanging on exit, so I need to ctrl+alt+del, to kill its service to close it down...
I can reproduce this on Windows 7.
What you need is the hotfix to KB 2582203, but I have no idea where to get it from.

Bengalore_mandir.0007.ma or yetAnotherFatalBug.0006.ma? Both are fine here. Could you send me the mandarin sitting on the chair?

Re: MAYA 2018 Bug Report on space mouse

Hi Boban,

I've seen two videos where you report 1) the flashing and 2) a crazy camera. We cannot reproduce either issue using 10.6.5. Could you send us the two files you used to reproduce the issues in the videos.

Thanks Boban, I've seen yours already and there will be a fix for what you are seeing in the next release. I'd really like to see those from joker720, though, I suspect his reported issue has a different cause.

I found another interesting bug. It happens with not locked cameras when automatic vertical tilt correction is on. It even happens when the driver is stopped. Only uninstalling helps.

Very strange. Thank you for reporting this.

Locked cameras are still moving with 3dxware 10.6.5. (3ds max 2020 and wireless spacemouse)
Or am I missing some setting?
Please give us a testcase so that we can reproduce the issue.

Yes all axis are reversed for me too, having to "invert" each one […]
Are the axes all reversed, or is the navigation mode in 3Dconnexion Properties set to 'Object Mode'?

It's similar to this- but seems to be the same view as the camera and switches between zoomed in and out?
Sounds like it - at the end of navigation when you let go of the cap?

Another issue- the preference for camera mode- object/target camera/camera seems to reset with every instance of Max that is run, defaulting back to object mode - a mode which i will never use! It looks like the issues with panning are related to the near clipping plane distance.
