As far I know i purchase this product from 3dconnexion NOT from Newtek.I assume its ur responsibility to get support not mine. You know i have really had enough about posting here....

Well its still not gonna solve my problem with Lightwave......How many years does it take to get support? 4? maybe 5?

hi. I just bought a Space Explorer and find its not working with lightwave. That plugin is quite old and have some bugs and crash with 9.3.Anyway it doesnt working with the modeler. I tested the Space Explorer in XSI and Maya so it would be really great if we(lw users) can get a support very soon......
