Blender 2.45?

Official (non-beta) support for blender probably won't come until 2.50, I'm guessing, but in the meantime is there an easy way to get the navigator working on 2.45? Is there a patch that I need to apply at compile time?

okay, I have an update. I searched around the forums and tried the hack on this thread , which did the trick. The driver is now loaded, and I can play with the cube. So now I load up blender and find that left/right axis rotation is not working. (tilting the cap forward/backward and rotating it does...
