For the mouse to keep working in Parallels, the driver can not exist on the Mac Side. if it does, the driver on the Mac will completely take over and you will be unable to us it on the Windows side.

Which application are you trying to program the buttons in? Are you trying to do any application across different applications on your machine?

From what I can tell you can do a constrained orbit if you map Click Button 3 to the middle or wheel button, but pan does not seem like a feature for the driver that i could find.

it seems you can only pan by selecting the pan tool in Fusion 360 itself.

The location has changed a little bit but it repetitively the same path for the newer versions.

Open File Explorer.
go to: Documents\maya\<Version>\scripts

You should find it there.

What version of the 3Dconnexion Driver are you using?

Also do you have any special plugins installed on Rhino?

I've been trying to reproduce and troubleshoot on my end but have been unsuccessful.
