Re: macOS Sonoma
I have Sonoma 14.1 now and just can say that the new driver installation stalls for me after half of component registration. Tried it 2 times with a reboot in between. I have installed Sonoma 14.0; The workaround to update to the 3DxWare 10.8.2 driver is to manually force quit 3Dconnexion Helper fr...

Re: CadMouse Pro speed very low after return from sleep
This happens with Bluetooth Cadmouse too. Switching it off and back is the workaround

Re: iPad and CadMouse Wireless
I'm afraid this is a serious mouse firmware issue.
Would be nice if developers would reply to this long ongoing issue

Re: Apple iOS / iPad Pro
I follow this topic. Already contacted Support with 2 tickets about this, no reply yet.
Today CadMouse Wireless doesn't work with iPad, I'm not expecting to use it with all the goodies of 3DxWare, but at least as a normal 3 button mouse.
Really looking forword a reply about this.

Re: MacOS 10.8.0 driver issues
I managed to find a workaround, don't know if it will work for everyone. I have the Universal Receiver always plugged in my external monitor, so that when I switch to Bootcamp Windows I press a button on the Cadmouse and switch communication. Found out that, while on macOS if I unplug (and eventuall...

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
I report that the issue is present on Big Sur too, with a Wireless CADMouse Pro this time, while using SketchUp.

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Unfortunately I have to confirm that occasionally 3rd button doesn't work as expected in AutoCAD, even with latest firmware.
3rd button is ignored or clicked and held (while it's not).
Switching off and back on the mouse solves the issue.

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Anyway I have to try again the Edge button while the issue occurs in AutoCAD.
Switching off and back on the mouse solves (temporarily) the issue.

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Unfortunately I have to report that AutoCAD bug is still present even with the new firmware: button 3 is frequently ignored or command still active even if the button is not pressed. And can you still reproduce the scenario with Microsoft Edge where button 3 did not close the tab (the MAC-324 issue...

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
Tech Support told me that it would eventually be Win compatible with Win driver 10.8.5 release; That's correct: version 10.8.5 (and newer) of the Windows driver software is compatible with firmware v. 1.20 for wireless CadMouse models. The firmware can be updated using the tool available for downlo...

Re: MAC-324 and CadMouse Wireless firmware update
I'm told by my colleagues in Technical Support that you were invited to join the preview of the firmware with the fix for MAC-324 but chose not to enrol. Did I get that wrong? Before installing the new firmware I asked if it was compatible with Win too (we often use Win via Bootcamp); Tech Support ...
